That’s where I come in. Based in East Texas, Bella Roo Events offers wedding planning, coordination, and styling services to take the stress out of planning and allow you the opportunity to fully enjoy your experience and focus on the marriage, not the wedding. Service packages are customizable to meet your specific needs, making it an ideal choice for any event, regardless of size, budget, or location. …to save time. Planning a wedding can become like a part-time job getting estimates, meeting with vendors, and managing all of the details. By hiring a planner, you are delegating some (or many) of those tasks to someone else, allowing you to enjoy your free time (and maybe even go on a date with your fiancée!).

…to save money. Yes, it’s true. By hiring a planner, you can actually save money. Planners can suggest ways to cut costs and help you find vendors that will work well within your budget. They can also assist you in determining your priorities and scale back on those things that just aren’t as important to you.

…to save sanity! This goes back to having more free time and less stress by delegating out all the tedious wedding planning tasks.

…to assist in making decisions. A planner can offer ideas and suggestions to bring your vision to life, all while maintaining a cohesive look. They can also help with numerous other decisions, from determining the best layout to answering questions regarding wedding traditions and etiquette.

…to run interference. Having a planner can assist guests with questions/needs so as not to bombard the bride and groom (or their immediate family) with such things. On the flip side, a planner can also work to see that the bride and groom’s wishes are being heard and carried out when managing vendors and guests.

…to oversee set-up and vendors. Not only can a wedding planner help you find and hire vendors that are good, reliable, and the right fit regarding style, budget, and personality, they can also be on-site to oversee and manage set-up. This ensures that things are going according to plan, and the bride and groom can relax and enjoy the day with friends and family.

…to create and manage the schedule. This is super important, especially if you want to maximize your time and get pictures of all the major happenings. A planner will create a detailed timeline of the entire day, from when vendors will be arriving to the last dance and exit. Without this, it is easy for time to slip away and before you know it, it is time for the photographer to go home before the bouquet is even tossed.

…and most especially, hiring a wedding planner means your family and friends can relax and enjoy this day making memories with you. If a coordinator is not there to do things, someone else will have to do it.
